Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our mailing day is Monday to Friday, excluding weekend and local public holiday.


The shipping fee for your order will be displayed on our website during the checkout process.

Local Delivery (Malaysia)
Delivery is facilitated through our third-party shipping provider, Skynet Worldwide (M) SDN BHD, for delivery at RM8 (Peninsula Malaysia) and RM14 (East Malaysia).

International Delivery (Singapore)
Delivery is facilitated through our third-party shipping provider, Skynet Worldwide (M) SDN BHD, at RM30.

 

Free Shipping

Orders above RM99 for Malaysia Nationwide are entitled to free shipping.

Orders above RM129 for Singapore are entitled to free shipping.

 

Orders with ready stocks will be dispatched within 1-3 working days upon payment confirmation, excluding those with pending backorder items.

For orders comprising both backorder and ready stock items, please be aware that the entire order will be shipped once all backorder items have arrived. Customers may opt to ship ready stock items first, with an additional postage fee. Contact our customer service team on official Instagram account @insidesonline for further details.

All orders are processed based on order numbers, and combined orders are not permitted.

Once the tracking number is sent to you, your parcel falls under the responsibility of our third-party postage service. We cannot control any delays or loss of parcels.

For international orders, please note that import duties and custom taxes may apply upon reaching the destination country, and the recipient is responsible for these charges.
